TeleTrek Jobs – Shipping & Delivery Policy

At TeleTrek Jobs, we provide digital services and do not ship any physical products. Our offerings include curated remote job listings and our Application Assistant, which helps you apply to jobs on your behalf. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how and when customers gain access to our services.
1. No Physical Shipping
TeleTrek Jobs is a digital platform. We do not deliver or ship any physical goods. All products and services are delivered electronically through your online account or via email.
2. Delivery of Digital Products
a. Job Listing Subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, or One-Time Access)
· Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
· You can log in to your TeleTrek Jobs account and begin browsing listings right away.
· A confirmation email is sent with access instructions and login details (if applicable).
b. Application Assistant Service
· After purchase, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.
· Our team will begin the job application process within 1–5 business days, depending on volume and your preferences.
· Updates and confirmations may be delivered via email or through your account dashboard.
3. Failure to Receive Access
If you do not receive access to your service within the expected time:
· First, check your email spam/junk folder.
· Then, contact our support team at support@teletrekjobs.com with your order confirmation.
We’ll respond within 1–2 business days to resolve the issue.
4. Time Zones & Business Hours
Our team operates on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Digital services are delivered based on business day processing, Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays.
5. Changes to This Policy
TeleTrek Jobs may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
